Nepal // Adventures with the Fujifilm X-E2

Travel , March 22, 2014

“What is the best camera for travel?”

That’s one of the most common questions I get from people.

For me personally, it’s the ratio between the weight of the camera and the image quality of it. In this case one of my few favorite would be the Fujifilm X-E2.

I bought this camera right after I sold my previous travel camera which was it’s older brother, the Fujifilm X-E1. There’s some magic from these Fuji’s. It might not be the fastest or featured pack camera, but it certainly makes me fall in love in photography all over again.

The images here are from the Fujifilm X-E2 with the 35 1.4. It’s probably lighter or the same as most professional DSLR’s without lens, and as far as the RAW files go it’s still keeps a lot of details and maybe on par with my Canon 6D.
